A blast shooting with Subaru, as always, and the new Trailseeker! A quick 2 days, combining stills and video, with DP Jerome Wald III. Our 2nd day was mostly made up of arm-car work, with runs covering both video and stills, with an epic sunset to cap it all off!

It seemed like the color of this M2 needed a 90's hip-hop vibe. Personal work.

I joined forces with Aaron Smith on this little whirlwind of a personal shoot! With two cameras blasting away, each from our own unique perspective, we came back with just a ton of cool stuff.

Took a new Lexus GX for a spin around LA. Love the way the sky changes color as the sun moves throughout the day!

These things always caught my attention, so about time I put together a shoot with one! I found this one in mint condition in Idaho, where I found some pretty epic landscapes to go with it.

VehiCROSS

Honda celebrated the 50th Anniversary of their iconic Goldwing with this special edition model, and brought me along to capture it in every way possible. Cloudy skies had me concerned at first, but became magic when the sun popped out!

We started with an amazing series of cloud time-lapses by Evan Ludes, and added in stunning talent, an awesome outfit, and a sky-blue Camaro. It all made for a very memorable personal project! Be sure to click the video.

When the team from Gybow came to town and offered me time to shoot another test, I wanted to push it a little farther. To show what this tool can do, that's not possible any other way. We can now bring the car into the studio, but envelop it in a perfect bubble of light and reflection from the location. Plus, talent can fully interact with the real car, something that's always tricky with CGI.

McLaren GT

In between locations on our Turo project, the storm clouds parted, and I took a few minutes to fully explore this amazing Porsche Taycan. A great way to spend a morning!

When my scout found this location, we immediately put a personal project in the works, with both stills and video. Such an amazing and inspiring spot- we will be back!

BMW iX

We got a ton done in this one-week shoot around the SF bay area. Super fun shooting running stills from the arm car, especially once we got into the redwoods!

Honda Prologue

The long shot list for this shoot was pretty evenly split between both stills and video. Having full control over the schedule for both meant that I could very effectively plan the days, to take advantage of shots that would piggyback, or need their own time and space. Ultimately we even made room for a little playtime, and came away with a few bonus shots too!

Lincoln Nautilus

A personal project while in Tokyo. I found a 1964 Alfa Romeo Giulia Sprint GT, and spent an afternoon, and into the evening, chasing it through some of my favorite spots around Shinjuku.

The concept from Designory called for Autumn leaves, so we rushed into action and headed to Colorado to catch the color before they fell. This was a code-red project, which wasn't an issue for shots out in nature, but meant we couldn't shoot the vehicle in town. So we brought the car back to a LA studio and shot for a day with the Gybow, an amazing new tool that perfectly reflects the location onto the real car.

I was brought in by LA-based production company SixTwentySix, to shoot the stills campaign in conjunction with their spot for Turo: "Open New Doors." A lot of pre-planning was necessary to choose all the scenery images, and then a lot of work in post to tie it all together.

We chose Seattle and the Olympic Peninsula for this shoot with Innocean, fully expecting plenty of rain in February. Instead, we had clear skies and dramatic clouds, until the end of the last shot on the last day when it started to sprinkle! Got in a busy couple days of video shooting as well, wouldn't have it any other way.

Hyundai Palisade

For this personal project, I hunted around to find an Audi A5 in this amazing shade of green. Fortunatly, it was near Philadelphia, while the leaves were turning all kinds of amazing colors!

A very busy few days in Colodaro and Utah with the Designory team! These off-road jobs can be tough, moving, shooting, moving. But so much fun! Just a bunch of great talent and props, and slotting in shots wherever we saw them.

Subaru Outback

Got to shoot a special hand-built edition of the RDX at Honda's proving grounds in the California desert. They kindly also provided an NSX, in matching paint. Fun shooting them all day, despite the summer heat, but of course the best part was getting on the track for some car-to-car action with my camera truck!

A personal project with a 992 Porsche 911, around the Salton Sea in the California desert. Lots of car-to-car on this one. Maybe the best tail light (singular) out there right now?

Couple days with shiny Lincolns in So Cal, images released right around holiday time! I love these jobs that are more hand-held and loose, taking time to explore with the vehicle, talent, and location.

Dream job right here! Got to shoot the NSX for a couple days at the Honda proving grounds in the California desert. Luckily, we got to avoid the mid-day heat on this one. Nice memories watching the stars as the camera exposed.
